A no-cost, program where we partner with parents to give them tools to help nurture the child’s learning and development.

Available for expectant families in Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek, with children birth to 5. Home Visitation offers parent-child activities, developmental, vision and hearing screenings, assistance connecting to resources in the community and additional support to parents to help ensure children are prepared for school before they enter kindergarten.

The Program Offers:

  • Home visits that occur at least twice a month but can be more frequent if more support is needed.
  • Referrals to resources available in the community.
  • Developmental, vision, hearing and other screenings.
  • Monthly Parent Group Meetings.
