Donation deliveries will be accepted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from DECEMBER 4th-18th at our Phoenix Multi-Program Site – 2711 E. Roosevelt, Phoenix, AZ 85006. To schedule a drop-off time call 480-834-9424 and ask for Lauren Cassidy ( or Atasha Hill (

Yes! The more the merrier! Start a drive with a group of friends, family or co-workers.

Yes. We ask that all donations are new. For an explanation of why only accept new donations for the children we serve, please visit our Wish List page.

Due to very strict confidentiality policies and our strong commitment to the safety and well-being of all of our children, donors cannot personally deliver items. If you or your group would like to plan a volunteer activity, please contact our volunteer department at 480-969-2308 x4107.

Yes, all holiday donations to Child Crisis Arizona are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Receipts will be issued for in-kind items upon delivery but remember to keep your receipts as Child Crisis Arizona is not allowed to value items. For gift cards and cash you will receive a receipt for the exact amount donated. Receipts for items dropped off will be issued on site and cash/gift card receipts will come in the mail as long as you provide us your address and contact information.
