If you send us an email, the information collected may include your email address, text, audio, video and graphic information formats included in the message. If you make a donation or register for an event, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
The personal information you provide is utilized to process your donation or to respond to any information or service requests you may have. Donor anonymity will be respected if requested and where applicable.
We do not make our Donors’ personal information available to third-parties (such as marketers, advertisers or other charitable organizations) and we do not send our Donors mailings on behalf of other organizations.
If you provide us with personal information, we may enter that information into our constituent database and contact you in order to:
- Complete voluntary surveys seeking feedback for quality and service improvement purposes
- Deliver the service you have requested
- Supply you with information, including Child Crisis Arizona news, events and services
- Request voluntary time or monetary contributions to Child Crisis Arizona
