Child Crisis Arizona operates the Resource Distribution Center in order to address the basic needs of homeless children, youth and families in transition. By providing their basic daily living necessities such as clothes, shoes, toiletries, personal hygiene items and school supplies, we ensure the community has the essentials needed for healthy progress.
To receive service through the Resource Distribution Center, children, youth or families must be referred through a partner social service agency or school. Those partners qualify those referred based on need and income and all are served without regard to gender, race, ethnicity, or any other qualifiers.
Compadres Kids Closet provide many of the same basic necessities and are located at certain social service and domestic violence agencies as well as Chandler Unified School District locations to be more accessible for children in need. There are 14 Kid’s Closet locations throughout the Southeast Valley.
Our diaper distribution program serves Chandler and the Southeast Valley. One in four children in Arizona do not have adequate diapering supplies and there is no government assistance program to help families fill this need. This ensures diapering needs are fulfilled for Chandler and East Valley Families referred to our Resource Distribution Center.
The Resource Distribution Center relies on corporate, civic & faith groups and individual donor drives to maintain our supply to meet the increasing needs of referred families. Volunteer to host a donation drive, donate diapers or supplies to assure that babies, children and families served by us don’t go without.

Not knowing what to expect I was met with such warmth and kindness the moment I walked through the front door. Maria was awesome and she made sure that we had everything that we needed for our new start… I am so grateful. Resource Distribution is a true blessing.”
