We understand that transitioning to independence can be challenging, especially for those who have grown up in foster care. Navigating life’s next steps—like finding housing, pursuing education, or starting a career—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team is here to support youth and youth adults aging out of the foster care system with resources, guidance, and encouragement as they step into a bright, independent future.
Child Crisis Arizona operates Halle House, an independent living housing apartment complex for young adults 18 to 21 who have elected to stay in the foster care system.
The Extended Foster Care program helps youth, ages 18-21 develop a transition plan that fits their skills and strengths to help overcome these challenges.
Child Crisis Arizona partners with the Chandler Unified School District to support unhoused students and encourage them to reach graduation.
